This is my entry for Dragon Ball Fanart Contest at KutuCG Forum. I chose Vegeta Super Saiya 4 and make him using Final Flash technique, coz he is my favourite character. About 2 days to finish it. Using Adobe Photoshop CS and Genius Tablet.
